Your Path to a Bachelor's Degree

These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum
Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Criminal Justice provides career education for employment or career advancement in public and private criminal justice organizations. Graduates are prepared to practice careers in law enforcement and related services, corrections, counseling and case management. In addition, the program provides students the foundation for transfer to public and private institutions to complete the requirements for a bachelor's degree. Purdue University Global's Bachelor of Science degree program in Criminal Justice combines professional skills training with courses designed to develop a solid foundation of criminal justice knowledge. In this program you will have an opportunity to study the philosophy and development of the U.S. criminal justice system, its agencies and institutions, and issues and challenges. You will also learn about applied research methods and techniques used in the field and the development of criminal law including elements and types of criminal offenses, and principles of criminal culpability. As part of this program, students can complete a capstone project to demonstrate the ability to apply the critical-thinking skills and concepts studied online to real-world criminal justice scenarios.
Value For You
By completing your associate degree at Delaware Tech, you'll receive excellent instruction in small classes at a campus close to home. Delaware Tech's affordable tuition can reduce the overall cost of your college education, making the completion of your bachelor's degree more manageable.
