New Student

You are considered a new student if:

• You have never attended Delaware Tech or any other college or university.
• You are a high school student who plans to attend Delaware Tech while still enrolled in high school. A high school student must complete an early enrollment form signed by a parent and school official in addition to the Delaware Tech application. Contact your high school guidance counselor for details.
